140km/h through the pit lane in the wrong direction was quite something.
The Pukekohe Car Club Bent sprint involved two laps of the Pukekohe track in the reverse direction with some cone chicanes and a trip through the pitlane thrown in. It was awesome fun in the Bumble Beemer. Not sure the owner of first car I’ve seen catch fire on track will walk away with those same feelings however.
To top the day off, at the BBQ afterwards, I got a sweet little certificate for 3rd in class
